Your privacy is very important to us. OPRA is designed to know as little as possible about you and what you do.

What data does OPRA collect about you?

To access OPRA, you need to provide a private email address and create a unique password used only for OPRA. You will also be required to upload documentation verifying your eligibility for access.

All documentation uploaded to OPRA will be reviewed by a member of the OPRA team and then permanently deleted from all servers, regardless of approval status.

Your email address is used to log in and to send important account-related messages. If you choose, OPRA may occasionally send newsletters. Your email will never be sold, shared or disclosed to any third party.

Your password is used for logging in and is transmitted to OPRA's authentication provider via an encrypted connection. It is then converted into a non-recoverable string, unreadable by anyone, including the OPRA team. We strongly recommend creating a unique password used only for OPRA.

OPRA will never request additional information such as your name, address, age, gender, phone number, employer, social security number or payment information.

To understand and analyze how users interact with OPRA, the team uses Plausible Analytics - a zero-cookie, open-source tool compliant with GDPR, CCPA and PECR. In addition, OPRA uses Vercel's Analytics to gain insight into user behavior on the web platform, and PostHog within the app for similar purposes.

OPRA does not track users across services or share usage data with third parties. All data is stored on European servers.

Our partners may track activity generated from OPRA through one or more of the following methods:

• Use of a unique discount code associated with OPRA
• Use of dedicated, closed online stores created specifically for OPRA
• Use of affiliate programs to measure traffic, sales, and the performance of promotional offers. These programs may use third-party cookies, tracking technologies such as pixels, or other tools, including so-called cross-device tracking, to attribute purchases to OPRA and ensure that verified members receive the correct discounts and benefits.

Data handling

OPRA uses Google Cloud Platform to securely store and manage your data.

You may request at any time the export or deletion of all data associated with your account. Deletion also occurs automatically when you delete your user from the profile page. If you wish to view your data, please contact us through the contact page.
