How does the process work?

To gain access to OPRA, you must go through a short registration and verification process.

Register

Create a free OPRA user with your email and desired password.

Upload a picture of your documentation

Upload a picture of documentation that confirms that you belong to authorized personnel. For personnel and duty holders in the Armed Forces and Police, there is an alternative and recommended verification method at registration that does not require uploading documentation.

The OPRA team reviews the documentation

The OPRA team reviews your documentation and approves your access. When the documentation is reviewed, it will be deleted from OPRA's servers.

You can now log in

When the OPRA team has reviewed your documentation, you will receive an email with the outcome and a link to OPRA. Approval usually takes a few minutes, but can take up to a day or two.
