My name is Per Magne Å. Birkeland and I have worked as a real estate agent since spring 2000. Until 2019, I worked as a broker and manager in several of the large brokerage chains. I sold close to 1,500 homes over these years, and I was an attractive broker for the large banking companies where a high number of home sales is more important than personal follow-up and good care of the individual home seller.

However, I had a desire to be able to deliver a brokerage service at a higher level. Expectations and requirements for a high number of home sales, which cannot be combined with control and follow-up without involving a team of assistants, made me want to go in a new direction.
