In 1988, in a small space at Skansen, Jobb og Fritid started. At that time, the main focus was on workwear for the fishing industry. The store has expanded quite a bit since then and now has a 1000 square meter space at Jekta Storsenter, the largest shopping center in Northern Norway.

Although we still sell workwear, mainly to businesses, we take pride in having a good selection of leisure clothing. We carry brands such as Arc'teryx, Norrøna, and Bergans, and if we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we'll gladly help you try to get hold of it.

We place great emphasis on quality and service and want to be your preferred sports store in Tromsø.
